Description

This session looks at avoiding plagiarism and referencing correctly using reference management software.

You will gain an overview of the software and how to use it to organise your citations, including editing the output where necessary.

To attend this session you need to have an understanding of the core aspects of referencing and plagiarism - we suggest completing the Referencing: the essentials tutorial or attending our Referencing correctly and avoiding plagiarism workshop.

This session is aimed at taught course students from all schools and is delivered completely online. To attend, you will need access to a computer and be able to listen to the session audio. Please note that there is no need to visit the Information Commons. The link for this webinar and joining instructions will be emailed to you 24 hours before the event.

Please note that while recordings are distributed to all who register, live attendance is highly encouraged to facilitate participation in interactive activities and to access real-time support from library staff.
