Harley is the Head of Climate Mitigation Science at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), supporting evidence-based net zero policymaking.

Dr Fanny Monteiro is an associate professor in Ocean Sciences and co-director of the Bristol Research Initiative for the Dynamic Global Environment (BRIDGE) at the University of Bristol. She develops models to represent the interactions between the marine ecosystem, ocean biogeochemistry and climate.

Dr Hannah Whitby is a marine biogeochemist interested in the interactions between trace metals and organics in aquatic systems. She studies the cycling of trace metals
and how their bioavailability can impact aquatic life and water quality, as either toxicants or nutrients.

Dr Jamie Wilson is an Earth System Modeller interested in the interactions between marine plankton ecosystems, biogeochemistry, and the carbon cycle. 

Lisa Ainsworth is an Adjunct Professor of Plant Biology at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and the Research Leader of the Global Change and Photosynthesis Research Unit.

Assoc. Prof. Dr Suzan Benedick has been working as a lecturer in the Faculty of Sustainable Agriculture at the University of Malaysia Sabah since 2007.

Victoria is the Research Centre Manager for the Leverhulme Centre for Climate Change Mitigation and also the Greenhouse gas removal with UK agriculture via enhanced rock weathering Demonstrator.

Fred Holden is a Research Officer at James Cook University (JCU) who is running the LC3M enhanced weathering field trial in Far North Queensland, Australia.

Dr Ilsa Kantola is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Euripides Kantzas is a Research Associate at the Leverhulme Centre for Climate Change Mitigation.

Prior to joining LC3M in January 2022, Robin gained research experience in multiple disciplines, including an internship with the South East Asia Rainforest Research Partnership (SEARRP).

Mark has been a Research Associate at the University of Sheffield since 1994, mainly working on the global land surface carbon and hydrological cycles via dynamic vegetation models.

David joined LC3M as a Research Technician in April 2023.

Katie completed an MSci in Chemistry at the University of Bristol in 2021. She started her UKRI-funded PhD at the University of Sheffield in October 2022, titled ‘Quantifying air quality and indirect climate feedbacks of land-based greenhouse gas removal strategies’.

Issi is researching whether enhanced rock weathering is part of the solution to net-zero cocoa farming.

Xi (Helen) Chen is a Post-Doctoral Research Assistant within the School of Ocean and Earth Science, University of Southampton.

Megan began her PhD at the University of Illinois in the summer of 2022 and subsequently joined LC3M. She is part of a team working on the RockFACE (Free Air Carbon-dioxide Enrichment) project.
