Yoshiki Kanzaki is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the School of Earth & Atmospheric Sciences at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
He is broadly interested in the chemical evolution of Earth's oceans and atmosphere, and the coupling between surface environments and atmospheric composition. He is currently developing and applying novel computational tools for: (1) understanding the role of methane hydrates in Earth's carbon cycle; (2) geoengineering of Earth's carbon cycle using enhanced silicate weathering (ESW); and (3) estimating the global impacts of non-carbonic acidity on Earth's carbon cycle.
