Joe leads the business and projects team, with responsibility for engaging organisations interested in accessing GTIMC services, developing and managing collaborative partnerships, and internal project management.
Becky is responsible for cultivating relationships with current and prospective customers to enable the GTIMC to support the translation of cutting-edge discoveries into accessible and life-changing genetic therapies.
Holly is responsible for the operational management of the site to enable the manufacture and delivery of novel genetic therapy products for clinical application.
Steve is responsible for facilities, operational infrastructure, supply chain, health & safety, and business continuity.
Toby leads the GTIMC’s manufacturing activities and is responsible for the manufacture of safe, high quality products for our customers and their patients.
Mike leads the quality assurance function and is responsible for maintaining the site's quality management system in alignment with UK and international GMP expectations.
Joe leads the process development team to optimise GTIMC manufacturing processes and to discover new and innovative ways to produce viral vectors.
Andy leads the quality control team, overseeing all aspects of quality control testing and release activities to ensure that the products manufactured at the GTIMC are fit for purpose.
