Mrs Holly Garlick

Holly is responsible for the operational management of the site to enable the manufacture and delivery of novel genetic therapy products for clinical application. She leads the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) function, coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure compliant, efficient, and robust manufacturing operations. 

With over a decade of experience in the development and manufacture of advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs), Holly has supported their progression into clinical evaluation. In previous roles, she has led manufacturing programmes supplying material for both UK and US clinical trials.
