Mr Michael Reid

Mike leads the quality assurance function and is responsible for maintaining the site's quality management system in alignment with UK and international GMP expectations.  He provides strategic leadership across quality governance, compliance, and inspection readiness, ensuring that the organisation meets MHRA licensing requirements and delivers safe, effective products for clinical use. 

Mike brings extensive experience from pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, having progressed from sterile injectable manufacturing into QC and QA leadership roles. As a QP in training, Mike is developing the skills and regulatory expertise required for the legal certification and release of batches for clinical use, helping to address the national shortage of QPs with advanced therapy medicinal product (ATMP) experience.
