Jessica Breese

Jess is currently a final-year PhD student in the School of Education, at the University of Sheffield. Her exploratory research examined different perspectives of School Readiness and levels of development in Early Years Education. Jess' research takes a critical approach, considering inclusivity in Early Years Education, with a particular focus on the variety of children's needs when they start school for the first time. This research adopted a mixed methodological approach, as well as creative methods, to ensure that the needs of all who were involved with the research were considered.
