Fellowship opportunities
We are keen to support early career researchers in applying for independent research fellowships (IRFs) to join our friendly and collaborative environment, particularly in areas related to gene expression, and mechanistic cell and cancer biology
- We offer long-term IRFs an academic position after their Fellowship
- We support all long-term IRFs with a PhD student to kick-start their research
- All IRFs are mentored during their application, during their fellowship and after progressing to a permanent position
- All IRFs join our independent College of Fellows, giving them a strong and collective voice.
Informal enquiries can also be directed to David Strutt (d.strutt@sheffield.ac.uk, Molecular and Cellular Biology research cluster lead).
