Profile

My PhD is focusing on developing employability skills within a personal tutoring setting. This brings together my interests in coaching as well as my knowledge in employability. This research will hopefully lead to practical advice and guidance which will impact students in a higher education setting.

In addition to this, I am currently conducting a large research project looking at the employability skills development within the curriculum at Sheffield University Management School (SUMS).

I am also a Research Associate on the Diversity Confidence within Engineering (DiCE) programme. My research in this programme is around how to support inclusion within the faculty and uses student co-creation to support development.
