Belief, No Belief and Religious (BNBR) Life Centre

The BNBR Life Centre is here for all staff and students. Our chaplains and religious advisers provide a listening ear and pastoral support to all people whatever their identity, religion, belief or no belief. We are available in person, online, and via phone or video calls.

Our offer to you

BNBR Life Centre

From Monday 4th August to Friday 22nd August, the Belief, No Belief and Religious (BNBR) Life Centre will be temporarily located at The Belonging Building, 210 Portobello, S1 4AE.  

We are open 10am to 3pm Monday to Thursday during semester time.

We warmly welcome people to visit the Centre.

Access to the building is temporarily liable to disruption while certain works are completed, including installation of step-free access. Please email bnbr-life@sheffield.ac.uk to check access.

Drop in and see us

If you want to drop in and see a chaplain, there is usually someone around between 10am to 3pm Monday to Thursday during semester time.  

We are usually located at 205 Brook Hill, S3 7HG but from Monday 4th August to Friday 22nd August we can be temporarily found at The Belonging Building, 210 Portobello, S1 4AE.  We will be back in our usual home on Monday 25th August.

Meditation sessions are restarting!

Our weekly meditation sessions are pausing for a few weeks and will resume from Wednesday 10th September at 12.15pm.  These will be held in the Gathering room in the BNBR Life Centre at our new home in 205 Brook Hill.  We look forward to welcoming you then.
