Susanna Chiu Receives Distinguished Alumni Award

Last weekend (19 October 2014) the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sir Keith Burnett, honoured Susanna Chiu (BA Economics, 1982) with the Professor Robert Boucher Distinguished Alumni Award. Named in honour of the University’s 12th Vice-Chancellor, Susanna was presented with the award as part of an alumni celebration event in Hong Kong.

On Tuesday 18 March, the Professor Robert Boucher Distinguished Alumni award was presented in honour of the late Peter Downey (BA Geography 1960 and Dip Ed 1961). Peter’s wife, Jennifer Downey (BA Biblical Studies & Literature and Dip Ed 1961), collected the award in Peter’s honour.
