With the 52nd G7 Summit now over, and the French host Emmanuel Macron clearly pleased with the success of keeping an irascible US President on side and in place for the full Summit, student analysts from the University of Sheffield provide insight into the global issues the G7 leaders tried, and largely failed, to deal with as they were blown off course by political instability at home and abroad.
