If you need help or advice on anything that is affecting your course work, please speak to your tutor in the first instance. They will be happy to point you in the right direction.

Student Services Information Desk (SSiD)

Student support information is also available on Blackboard. Click on 'Organisations' and select 'Extenuating Circumstances & Student Support Services – Useful Links'.
What you can find:

  • Extenuating circumstances.

Information for chemistry staff

Staff in chemistry can access our intranet sites. There are three intranet sites for Health and Safety, Operational and Technical support information.

English Language Teaching Centre

English language support is available from the ELTC. Their Departmental Language programme is free, and is available during term-time for students on both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
