The visit also included attending the unplanned press conference of US President Donald J. Trump.
This was an amazing opportunity for Sheffield students to understand and engage with the workings of an international summit and to witness the interactions between the international media and political leaders.
The students also produced outstanding policy briefings and insights into their experiences which were published in the leading international policymaking journal Global Policy.
