There are different processes depending on which programme you are studying or which part of the School you are based in. On this page you will find links to more information.
The handbooks on this page are only available to staff and students within the Divisions of Clinical Medicine and Population Health.
Undergraduate students
MBChB Medicine students have access to a dedicated online learning platform, Minerva. They can access this through the 'My services' menu after signing into MUSE on the University of Sheffield website.
Postgraduate taught students
Students studying Clinical Research, Cost Effectiveness Modelling for Health Technology Assessment, Health and Clinical Research Delivery, Health Economics and Decision Modelling, Human Nutrition, International Health Technology Assessment and Reimbursement, or any of our Public Health programmes can find more information on the Population Health student hub.
MMedSci Physician Associate Studies students have access to a dedicated online learning platform, Minerva. They can access this through the 'My services' menu after signing into MUSE on the University of Sheffield website.
PGCert Medical Education students can find the 2023/24 student handbook on our Google Site for this programme (only available for staff and students within the Division of Clinical Medicine.)
Students studying any other programme in the School of Medicine and Population Health can find information about their course on the University of Sheffield’s virtual learning environment, Blackboard.
Postgraduate research students
Students who are supervised by a staff member in the Division of Clinical Medicine or Division of Neuroscience can find information on the Clinical Medicine/Neuroscience student hub.
Students who are supervised by a staff member in the Division of Population Health can find information on the Population Health student hub.
