- Profile
-
Bianca has a PhD in Physics from the University of Glasgow, where her research focused on using electron microscopy and electron energy loss spectroscopy to understand the chemistry and distribution of nanoscale precipitates in steel. Her undergraduate degree was in Physics with Astrophysics, also from the University of Glasgow. More recently, she achieved a Distinction in her MA in Education (focused on Higher Education) from the University of Huddersfield.
Bianca joined the University of Sheffield in 2019, after a short term position at the University of Dundee and a number of short term roles at the University of Glasgow during her PhD.
