Project overview

This project focuses on ecosystems for impact entrepreneurship in East Africa. It includes collaboration with international academic partners, particularly at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Italy and ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management. The project has entailed network and relationship building activities with scholars and practitioners, as well as primary research in East Africa with the following objectives:

  • Understand and map ecosystems for impact entrepreneurship in East Africa.
  • Examine interactions between impact entrepreneurs, support organisations, and wider actors in these ecosystems.
  • Identify ways to enhance relationships between impact entrepreneurs and their ecosystems for societal good.
