Read the following information carefully and check the entry requirements before submitting your application.

Completing your application

You will need to apply for The Sheffield MBA using our Postgraduate Online Application Form.

The online application will ask you to upload your supporting statement, which forms part of our evaluation.

You should consider how your previous education and work experience relates to the programme, and how it fits into your long-term career plans.

For an MBA supporting statement, you should address the following questions (200 words for each question):

  1. What has influenced/motivated your decision to choose to study an MBA?
  2. What are your professional strengths and areas for development?
  3. How will the Sheffield MBA support you in your ongoing development?
  4. How do you think you stand out based on your professional experience and any other notable achievements?

To allow the MBA admissions team to accurately assess your statement, please ensure you include the question and then your answer.

When you apply for the Sheffield MBA, please ensure you also include the relevant supporting documents.

We aim to make decisions as soon as possible. If you are offered a place on the Sheffield MBA,  we would encourage you to accept your offer and pay your fee deposit, where required, to secure your place on the programme.

We know that making the final decision on which MBA offer to accept can be difficult and it is important to choose the best programme for you. To support you in your decision making, a member of our MBA team, a current student, or one of our alumni may give you a call. These calls are part of our personalised support for offer holders and are an opportunity for you to ask questions and hear first-hand about the MBA experience to make a fully informed decision.
