Profile

I am a doctoral researcher at the Institute of Work Psychology within the Management School at The University of Sheffield. I have a specific interest in studying emotional labour in leadership, leadership authenticity, and emotion regulation. My PhD focuses on interpersonal emotion regulation and the dark triad of personality. Besides studying the influence of emotions and dark personalities in the workplace, I am also interested in exploring the role of emotions in crimes, crime prevention, and public safety.

Prior to my PhD candidature, I engaged in consulting projects with private organisations in health innovation and technology, as well as the aviation industry. I have also held various research and editorial assistant roles, and I have taught at both graduate and undergraduate levels. Currently, I serve as a conference co-chair for EMONET (Emotions Network) and as a co-editor for the upcoming volume of Research on Emotion in Organizations.

In my spare time, I enjoy outdoor archery, visiting museums and modern art galleries, and going on countryside escapes.
