Stefanie is a Research Associate on NIHR-funded REMAP project (a realist evaluation of multi-professional advanced practice in primary care). She first joined Sheffield University Management School in 2019 as a member of the Centre for Decent Work. She completed her PhD at University of Nottingham in 2018. Her thesis focussed on inequalities in the work trajectories of young people following the 2008 recession. She is a mixed methods researcher with interests in workforce organisation, young people's work, precarious work, and inequalities in work trajectories.
