- Profile
-
I am a full-time doctoral researcher in the Institute of Work Psychology focusing on the human factors influencing innovation adoption within the water companies in the UK. The research sits within a broader agenda of the Water Infrastructure and Resilience CDT aiming to transform the management of UK’s civic water resources, assets and services. The project is the first one within the CDT that expands beyond the traditionally technical focus of the research into the social sciences realm. My prior professional background is in sustainability, change management and marketing within global professional services organisations and a technology start up.
