Profile

I joined Sheffield University Management School in February, 2025 as a fully-funded PhD student. My research focuses on understanding how interacting with leaders can help reduce work loneliness in followers, in both remote and in-person settings, specifically looking at the role of nonverbal communication and automatic cognitions. I completed my MSc at the University of Leeds, where my dissertation was a qualitative study looking at how time impacts employees in remote, project management teams.
