About the researcher

Yiqun Han is a doctoral researcher at Sheffield University Management School. She earned her MSc in Management (International Business) from the Management School in 2022. She completed her BA/BSc in International Economy and Trade at Zhejiang Wanli University from 2016 to 2022. During her final undergraduate year, she had the opportunity to study as an exchange student at the University of Hertfordshire, and she obtained a degree in business and economics from 2019 to 2020. Currently, her ongoing research examines the relationship between corporate social responsibility and employee behaviour in multinational corporations.
