MAGLab is thrilled to share the news that Dr Dikai Guan is now a UKRI Future Leaders Fellow! Dr Guan cannot wait to start work designing high performance Mg alloys for next generation cars. Thanks to colleagues at Department of Materials Science and Engieering, the University of Sheffield as well as my EPSRC DARE Projet team, fellowship project partners and collaborators. PDRA and PhD student positions in alloy design and advanced microstructure characterisation research areas will be opening soon – contact us if interested in joining MAGLab.
