The MADE4Manufacturing CDT is committed to providing an inclusive, diverse, and equitable research and learning environment for all staff and students. We work hard to ensure that underrepresented groups in engineering can find a home with us and reach their full potential. Our training programme aims to make all of our students aware of the challenges some face and help them to become leaders for positive change in industry.
We have a dedicated co-director for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion & SME engagement, who leads our development of ED&I and supports staff and students to increase their understanding of the various issues that may be encountered.
