Introduction
We are interested in creating effective and efficient visualisations to communicate information to various audiences. Our members come from a wide range of backgrounds, including researchers from all faculties, members from the IT team, the library and the knowledge engagement team.

Aims of the interest group
- Build a vibrant community of data visualisation enthusiasts, within the university and in the Sheffield area.
- Support collaboration in the field of data visualisation, including the development of new theories and techniques, as well as the applications of existing tools in new contexts.
- Provide a platform to share knowledge, skills, and best practices related to data visualisation.
