Our partnerships and projects have included:

Game Composites (Aerobatic Certification): Designed a bespoke test rig applying forces up to 10G to secure the first full UK airworthiness fatigue certification for a complete aircraft in 30 years.

The Integrated Wing Project: Served as the core structural validation partner for a 17-organization national initiative, evaluating full-scale demonstrator wing parts under continuous 130-tonne flight-simulation fatigue profiles.

TISICS Titanium Composites: Delivered critical fatigue and certification testing for lightweight, ultra-high-strength titanium metal matrix composite actuator rods used in commercial landing gear and wings.

Cavotec Infrastructure: Provided code-compliant development and structural certification testing for advanced composite and aluminium airport access and fueling covers deployed worldwide.

A.K. Orme & Son: Supported a local steel fabricator by conducting perpendicular high-precision tensile testing to verify weld integrity on large grinding wheel reinforcement rings.
