- Profile

I am an early-career researcher with a strong background in structural engineering, specialising in advanced cementitious composites and innovative retrofitting strategies. My work bridges material innovation and structural applications, focusing on the development and application with novel concretes, including ultra-high performance fibre-reinforced concrete (UHPFRC) and strain-hardening cementitious composites (SHCC), and low-carbon recycled concretes. Motivated by the challenge of extending the service life of existing infrastructure, I seek to reduce the environmental burden of demolition and new construction, contributing to resilient and circular solutions aligned with the European Green Deal.
