Research Project Title: Knowledge models of healthcare digital twins and improved patient care pathways. 

My PhD research focuses on developing a healthcare knowledge graph that models patient pathways with greater accuracy, transparency and interoperability. The project aims to structure and connect clinical, operational, and patient data into a unified semantic network capable of representing the relationships, decisions, events, and interactions that define a patient’s journey through the healthcare system. By applying knowledge-engineering techniques, ontology design, and data integration methods, the research enables a knowledge graph that can learn, infer and visualise how patients move through different stages of care.
