Megan Ayres

Meg is responsible for:

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborates with School leadership to lead Student Experience services in line with the School’s Action Plan.
• Student Voice & Engagement: Oversees student feedback and evaluation data, communications, and community-building strategies.
• Onboarding: Leads the framework for student induction and transitions.
• Compliance & Safeguarding: Serves as the lead for Safeguarding and Prevent; manages academic appeals/complaints and fitness to practice.
• Inclusion & Support: Drives inclusive practices by overseeing Extenuating Circumstances, attendance and inclusion work.
• Progression Goals: Ensures activities meet equality legislation and the Access and Participation Plan to support student success.
