Front-of-House Management: Acts as the primary point of contact for enquiries, handling sensitive and confidential matters with high levels of discretion.
Student Lifecycle Support: Support for core administration including record maintenance, and Extenuating Circumstances & extension processing.
Specialist Administration: Provides dedicated support for ethics applications and institutional ethics administration.
Event Coordination: Supports the logistics for activities such as Welcome Week and socials.
Technical Support: Support across a range of areas within Student Experience and Education, including matters relating to student welfare, academic misconduct, and other relevant activities/meetings.
Service Improvement: Collaborates across teams to suggest and implement process enhancements for a better user experience.
