We have a range of undergraduate courses that offer carefully designed stages of learning across a variety of modules. All of our undergraduate courses are designed in relation to professional validation and are delivered by experts in their fields.
Single honours courses
Architecture BA
Our Architecture BA provides you with a broad knowledge ranging across the sciences and humanities. Through lectures, studio-based design work and professional experience you'll explore how architecture improves the lives of those who inhabit and use it.

Landscape Architecture BA
This is a three year undergraduate degree with specialist modules in landscape planning. This can be followed by an independent year in practice and a masters in Professional Landscape Architecture. You will write a dissertation in your postgraduate year.
Landscape Architecture BSc
This three year undergraduate degree has specialist modules in landscape ecology. This can be followed by an independent year in practice and a masters in Professional Landscape Architecture. You will write a dissertation in your postgraduate year.
Landscape Architecture MLA
This five year integrated masters offers a choice of specialist modules in landscape ecology or landscape planning. You'll be eligible to apply for undergraduate funding and access University services and student rebates during all five years of this course.

Dual honours courses
We offer several dual honours courses, including the only fully accredited dual degree in architecture and landscape in the UK, as well as dual courses with structural engineering, to offer a route to becoming an engineer.

Foundation courses
We also offer Landscape Architecture with a Foundation Year BA and MLA, in partnership with the Department for Lifelong Learning, specially designed for mature learners who have been out of formal education for an extended period of time.
Landscape Architecture with Foundation Year MLA
The foundation year to this degree is carefully designed to build your confidence in your abilities, develop essential academic and study skills, and provide the subject specific knowledge essential for success.
On successful completion of the foundation year, students will progress to MLA Landscape Architecture.
