Profile

I joined the Department of Sociological Studies in 2020. I am a current practicing Social worker having worked in Local authority settings in majority Looked After Children's teams.

I am currently undertaking my PhD exploring successful outcomes from a corporate parent and care leaver perspective. I am using my lived experience of growing up in the English Care system alongside my professional experience to help change the narrative for looked after children.
