Making the most of your Students’ Union

1. From pets to folk music, there’s a society for everyone at Sheffield. You can choose from over 350 clubs and societies and if there isn’t one for you - you can even create your own!
2. You’ll be empowered to be yourself with our welcoming, inclusive community. Students from over 150 countries call Sheffield their home.
3. Take part in our award-winning Sheffield volunteering scheme. Develop new skills and gain experience whilst making a real difference to the local community.
4. You’ll find live music, comedy, inspiring talks, film screenings or nights out all under one roof. From cult classic films to exciting new bands.
5. Want to change things? You’ll have the chance to vote in elections for Student Officers that represent you, giving you real influence over the direction your SU takes. We have over 700 students representing your academic needs!
