    Course description

    Our MSc Financial Technology and Innovation will prepare you for a career in finance and accounting with a specific focus on technology and innovation. You do not need to have studied finance or accounting before to study this course.

    You’ll not only learn about the theory behind finance and accounting, but we’ll also teach you state-of-the-art analytical skills through our modules that focus on technology and data analytics skills, so that you're ready for the world of work. With this combination of theory and practical skills, you’ll have a competitive edge for your future career.

    Throughout the course, you’ll have the chance to engage with industry experts through guest lectures. You can also choose to base your dissertation project on an external company to gain more industry experience.

    Minimum 2:1 undergraduate honours degree in any subject.

    We assess each application on the basis of the applicant’s preparation and achievement as a whole. We may accept applicants whose qualifications don’t meet the published entry criteria but have other experience relevant to the course.
