Research ethics

All members of staff within the School of Mathematical and Physical Sciences, and students who are registered with the School who plan to undertake research which involves human participants, personal data or human tissue, must ensure that their proposed research is ethically approved via the appropriate ethics review procedure prior to commencing such research.

The School operates the ethics review procedure in accordance with the University's Research Ethics Policy.
