Muhamad Rizky Rizaldy is a postgraduate researcher at Sheffield University Management School. Under the supervision of Dr David Littlewood and Dr Sergej Ljubownikow, he is exploring the underlying mechanism of religion in hybrid organisations. He has been active in the field of Islamic inclusive finance and management as both a researcher and practitioner.
In addition to his tenure as a lecturer at Gunadarma University, he's been giving guest lectures at several higher education institutions and public events. He has also received several awards, such as Indonesian government (LPDP) scholarships for both his postgraduate degrees and best paper awards from several prominent conferences in his field, including the Islamic Economics and Finance Research Forum (FREKS) organised by The Indonesia Financial Services Authority, Indonesia Central Bank, and The Indonesian Association of Islamic Economists.
