Pengen's thesis title is: An Empirical Research on what factors impede self-service technology (SST) adoption and acceptance by the elderly customers

About the researcher

Pengen is a PhD candidate in the research group of Behavioural Research for Inclusivity, Sustainability and Technological Transformation (BRISTT) at Sheffield University Management School. Her current research is focusing on service inclusion, older consumers' well-being, and adoption of new service technology, under the supervision of Dr. Dahlia El-Manstrly and Professor Hossein Olya. In addition, Pengen is very enthusiastic about teaching activities and had 2 years of teaching experience before starting her PhD studies. She is currently working as a teaching assistant at Sheffield University Management School.
