My thesis title is: Supporting return-to-work and stay-at-work for people with mental health problems: A mixed methods study

About the researcher

I am a full-time doctoral student at the Institute of Work Psychology within the Management School at the University of Sheffield. My PhD focuses on supporting return-to-work and stay-at-work for individuals with mental health problems. Before starting the PhD in 2023, I worked in research and development at a workplace mental health organisation, helping other businesses to build effective wellbeing strategies.
