Sanjay, a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader, has established a leading presence in ClimateTech and digital ventures, notably in the UK's FinTech, SaaS, and Tech for Good sectors. His journey as a two-time tech co-founder and startup advisor is marked by a profound strategic acumen, honed through rigorous study and practical application. From pioneering SaaS in the UK to co-founding an early Smart Home business integrating AI, Sanjay's career trajectory reflects his innovative spirit. Currently, he champions sustainability as the leader of Engineered Carbon Removals at Carbon Capture Scotland.

Sanjay's connection with the Management School and the University of Sheffield extends beyond professional alignment; it is deeply personal. As an alumnus, having earned his undergraduate degree there, he cherishes his formative years at the university, which laid the foundation for his career in innovation. This ongoing bond is strengthened by his role in mentoring and supporting past students and a Sheffield University spin-out, where he contributes his expertise to nurture the next generation of innovators
