Tim is a research and teaching associate based in SUMS, having recently completed his PhD on sustainable supply chain management. This project was concerned with the conceptualisation and propagation of sustainability within an agri-food supply chain context, drawing on qualitative methodological approaches. His current research focuses on just transitions to circular economies contextualised in the South Yorkshire region, forming part of the EU’s Horizon 2020 funded JUST2CE project. Tim has an active interest in social research methods with a particular fascination regarding qualitative methods, notably interviewing and discourse analysis. Having taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, Tim enjoys engaging with students on a range of topics, including research methods, supply chain management, business statistics and wider management issues.
