Sina is a Lecturer in Operations Management at Sheffield University Management School. Before joining University of Sheffield, Sina worked as an assistant professor in Industrial Engineering at Yeditepe University. In this role, he taught courses and conducted research on operations research and optimisation applications related to logistics and supply chain network design.
Also, during his PhD, he worked in the Smart Mobility Lab at Sabanci University on the logistics and transportation problems developing solution methodologies, especially to solve real-world problems. His research interests are modelling optimisation problems, especially related to supply chain networks and logistics operations, and applying operational research methodologies to solve complex real-world problems.
