Dr Taneja has gained valuable experience teaching students in diverse areas, including marketing, general management, and financial services marketing. In her teaching, by using a combination of lecturing and other methods such as case studies, role play, simulation, flip classroom, projects, design challenges, guest speakers, and so on based on the different topics to be taught, she strives to ensure an inclusive classroom environment for all types of learners. She always aims to adopt innovative and interactive teaching methods and strategies in her class to prompt students to participate freely.
She has supervised 30 postgraduate student projects and mentored 40 students during her academic tenure.
