Terrence currently leads two modules, The Intelligent Organisation and Internationalisation Challenge, in the triple-accredited MBA programme, as well as the Business Intelligence module in the second year of the undergraduate programme. He is passionate about sharing his expertise in business analytics and modern technologies, which are essential for managing contemporary businesses. In recognition of his work integrating Qlik, a leading Analytics and Business Intelligence platform into his modules, Terrence has been honoured as a 2025 Qlik Education Ambassador. His Internationalisation Challenge module has been shortlisted for an award in 2025 postgraduate employability by AGCAS (The Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services in the UK) and is also recognised as a best-practice module for employability within the university.
Terrence has over 30 years of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy, specialising in computer modelling and simulation, operations management, and supply chain management. An internationally recognised consultant in computer simulation, he has worked with clients such as BAE Systems, Siemens, Bosch, Sweden Posten, Sheffield Children's Hospital, and Fosters Bakery. Collaborating with leading UK companies, he secured five research grants from the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council and managed several Knowledge Transfer Partnership projects focused on manufacturing systems design, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Computer Simulation.
