We are delighted to share that Professor Penny Dick, Chair in Organisational Psychology, will be serving as Co-Editor in Chief of Human Relations, a leading international multidisciplinary social science journal which has been published for over 75 years.
The journal is ranked 4th out of 110 journals in the Social Sciences, Interdisciplinary JCR and 83rd out of 227 journals in the Management JC. Penny will be responsible for making initial decisions on submitted papers and collaborating with the editorial team and editorial board to develop and oversee the strategic direction of the journal.
Penny commented “I have been an editor for several journals over the last 15 years and believe this work is extremely important within the academic community. I was delighted to be appointed to co-editor in Chief to Human Relations, which is a highly prestigious journal in the social sciences. The seniority of the role means that I can play a role in shaping the strategic direction of the journal which is very important to me and my strong commitment to improving inclusivity and fairness in academic publishing”
