Don't forget to read through the University's checklist of things to do before you arrive. This includes things like setting up your IT account, booking University accommodation if you would like to do so and registering with the University Health Service.

Set up your university IT account Look out for an email containing instructions on accessing your IT account, and follow the instructions provided.
Download the iSheffield app iSheffield is the must have app for all things University of Sheffield! Some of the features of the app include:
  • Timetable - View your timetable to check where you need to be and when. Click on the location link to get help finding your way to the building.
  • Library -  View reading lists and see when your loans are ready for pick up or return. 
  • Contacts - Find the contact information for people across the University in the contacts hub. 
  • Support - Get access to a range of support, including money and fees, registration, student answers, mental health, and much more.
  • Social - Discover new activities and events.
  • Campus Map - Get access to an interactive map of the University.
  • Locations - We are developing this feature to help navigate around campus. Try this new feature to help you discover what is nearby and directions on how to get to your destination. We welcome any feedback to help us develop this feature.
