DELF French qualifications The DELF is the official French language proficiency qualifications administered and awarded by the French Ministry of Education. You can take the DELF exams Tout Public for adults here at Sheffield. Certificates in Catalan Students of the University of Sheffield and members of the public can take examinations at the MLTC leading to the award of official certificates in Catalan language delivered by the Institut Ramon Llull (IRL).
