About our work

Our research investigates how people share knowledge, how organisations adapt, and how information shapes professional roles.

We examine the relationships between information practices and wider socio-technical ecosystems, including digital infrastructures, organisational systems, and knowledge networks. By addressing these interconnected dynamics, the cluster advances critical understanding of how information flows, is managed, and is transformed across contexts.

Areas of Research

  • Information literacy, behaviour, and social justice
  • Scholarly communication and knowledge dissemination
  • Organisational adaptation and learning in dynamic environments
  • Information and knowledge management: practices, governance, and strategy
