- Profile
-
Jundi is currently a Technical Specialist - CFD & Data Science at the University of Manchester.
During his time at Sheffield as a PhD student and later a Research Associate, Jundi worked on (i) A fundamental study on the physics of horizontal buoyant jets with gas-mixing (hot-helium issued into cold-air ambient) using large eddy simulations; (ii) Direct numerical simulations of forced, mixed and natural convection flows in a reactor vessel auxiliary cooling system (RVACS); (iii) Transient simulations of the loss-of-forced-coolant accident (LOFA) in the 4th generation high-temperature gas-cooled reactors (HTGR).
