Roger came from Bolivia to study for a Masters in Materials Science and Engineering in Sheffield. He found that the course developed him professionally and personally, and that life outside university was very rewarding.

Ani came to the MSc Materials Science and Engineering as a Mechanical Engineer and quickly became aware that, to be a proper engineer, he needed a broader appreciation of other engineering disciplines.
Priyanshu Bajaj studied for his MMet Advanced Metallurgy in the department after spending some time working in the Manufacturing Industry in India. He chose this course because of the reputation it has in his home country.
